Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Some products will ship separately from the Warehouse due to packaging differences. Those products are mostly the Accessories and Misc. items.
When will you have more in stock?
If referring to a specific item, unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the distributors. Usually in a few weeks we have things up and running but due to high demand lately it's been hard to keep up and we apologize and we appreciate your patience.
Why do some products not have above XL?
Either the size is out of stock, or the manufacturers of the shirts themselves do not offer them.
